36 EbookCopies Sold in Under 48 Hours!
Whoa 36 copies sold in under 48 hours over the weekend!! Somebody shout GLORY! I set a goal to sell 100 copies of So You Think You Can Speak: The Confident Communicator's Guide to Owning the MIc in 24 hours, no I didn't meet that goal--but this is still a BIG win for me!
Why? Because at the beginning of the month, I asked God what he wanted me to do this month, because my life has been in such disarray. God told me to WRITE, and I wasn't sure if he was telling me to finish the last half of Mike the Friendly Firefighter: Becoming a Firefighter (coming soon) or just write anything. Then I remembered: I started my ebook nearly a year ago. While I had goals of finishing it the past year--life happened, and tragedy struck. But that whisper from God told me to WRITE, and I decided to finish writing and designing it within one week. A special shoutout to Grammarly (not a paid advertisement) because I had a 7-day trial, and I told myself gg I would meet my goal if I finished it before the trial ran out. And guess what, I did it-with TWO whole days to spare!!!
I knew this ebook would be helpful because after doing mini media training sessions with small business owners, they always tell me they feel way more confident in their speaking. It's how they build visibility and its how they get paid for what they do!
So here we are: my first ebook is written and sold, and I now have five more titles ready for a whole series designed to help you gain confidence, clarity, and connection when speaking. This first book was just the foundation, and I have so much more valuable information to share with you. Those who have bought the book have told me they love the exercises and they're incredibly helpful for their speaking journey as keynote speakers, podcast hosts, interviewees, panelists, and much more!
Here are a couple of reviews from the weekend!
"The 'So You Think You Can Speak?' ebook is incredibly informative. As a licensed clinical social worker preparing to launch my private practice, I found the tips and strategies especially helpful for building my confidence. I also appreciate that it includes practical exercises that guide you toward becoming a more confident and effective communicator." --Amber Roberts, LCSW
"So You Think You Can Speak? is the perfect mix of motivation and practical strategy. Brittany D. Jones breaks down confidence, clarity, and connection in a way that feels empowering but completely doable. The tips on sound bites and pitching yourself are especially helpful and actionable. If you’ve been waiting for a sign to use your voice more boldly, this is it!!" --Jessica Hill, Regional Planning Consultant
If this message blesses anyone, it should remind you about the good old saying, "it's not how you start, but how you finish."I'm grateful that I finished this ebook and so excited that it's already helping people. If you haven't gotten your copy, grab it today!
