We don’t just create content — we capture the narrative, energy, and impact of your event and transform it into strategic, story-driven media you can use long after the event ends.
We curate your content from behind-the-scenes moments and speaker highlights to attendee reactions and interviews, reflecting the full experience and communicating your message clearly and intentionally.
Each deliverable is strategically formatted for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Shorts, ensuring your content is polished, engaging, and optimized for performance across platforms.

This package is designed for 3-day services like conferences, retreats, masterminds, and leadership events.
3 vertical polished reels (10 seconds)
3 vertical polished reels (up to 20 seconds)
2 vertical polished highlight reels (up to 45 seconds)
1 horizontal polished video up to 2 minutes for the website and social media
A folder including all raw footage with 30-day access
Up to 10 interviews with the event host and attendees, if available.
Up to 5 hours per day of on-site event storytelling coverage, including travel up to 50 miles in the Greater Los Angeles or Jacksonville, FL. area. Destination travel fees aren’t included.
Editing includes sound bites and music selection, captions, and titles
Up to 65 candid event photos
At least one reel will be available for posting within 24 hours of the commencement of services. The edited reels will be delivered within 72 hours of the event, and the long-form video within 2 weeks.
